Delete your Dubio account

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Dubio account in any of these ways: • In the Dubio app: go to Settings → Delete account. • On the web: sign in at https://app.dubio.ai and go to Settings → Delete account. • If you can't sign in: email support@dubio.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

2. What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete your account profile, uploaded videos, dubbed outputs, subtitles, voice data and connected accounts.

3. What Is Kept

Payment and top-up records are kept, as required by tax and accounting law. They are no longer linked to your name or email.

4. Dubio Balance

Any remaining Dubio Balance is forfeited when your account is deleted and can't be refunded after deletion.

5. When Deletion Happens

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
